I think, build a PC with the "Recommended System Requirements" from Rokstar.
For me ive:
Windows XP Professionnal with SP3
Intel Core2Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz - 8MB L2
4GB DDR2 RAM Corsair Dominator @ 1066MHz
3 Hard Disk 750 GB Samsung Spinpoint 32MB cache Serial ATA 2
Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT 512 DDR3
Motherboard: Asus P5QL-E
Just if you BUILD your PC, take 2 hard disk.
1 for the system and 1 for your games/documents
