You're misleading people by posting this thread. It's an insurance policy; it's not something they're necessarily going to do.

They say they own the contents of your files - did they say they would release it? Also, how is it theft if you comply with it? You signed it away, it's theirs - it's no longer yours.

They simply wouldn't just randomly release client files without a very good reason, Mark is a rational person and I believe he only implemented that in to the T&Cs as an insurance policy.
