Well, what happens when you take a loan from a bank & do not repay it back? The bank acquires your property and is legally authorized to put your property on auction in order to claim its amount.

There can be many cases where in you pay Volt-Host for the service they provide and then open a dispute with Paypal/OneBip, etc. To deal with such instances, companies resort to such terms, which is quite agreeable and legitimate.

Also, Volt-Host offers you 1 month of grace period, in spite of such event, which is very genuine on their part. Stop trying to misunderstand & mislead.

The user deserves to be fined that amount as a penalty against such immature actions taken by him. Its a compromise against the productive time & resources of Volt-Host LLC, invested in the dispute & their services being misused by the user. Its quite appropriate.

These attempts to defame the reputation of such esteemed services are definitely intolerable.
