How To Attach object to Player to all player see?

How ?? I try to use CreateObject with AttachObjectToPlayer and for AttachPlayerObject wiki samp say is only player able to see it and no one else ?

I try to mix those function but not as i expect ?

I need just one link to exp ?

Or name of function to use ?
