I hope your kidding. Next Generation Gaming uses their own script, that their team made. If another server is using it, they either have permission to use it (from the owners, or if they were a script or something) or they stole the script and they are using it without permission.

If it is like it, it may not be the exact script. It may be an edit, which is not allowed as-well, or a very similar looking script.
