It looks really good. Though I would not get everything with an opacity. The header is good as it is, but the menu has to have a solid background (no opacity) and the footer as well. Or the menu and the content.

Maybe it would be nice to just have header and footer (the less important stuff) like you have it now and then the content + menu (which is the important stuff) with a solid background, so no opacity.

For the rest: it looks great
