It's unlikely you will get anyone posting that here, it's one of the most difficult things you can do with an NPC.
You might want to look at released scripts, there is one called "controllable NPC" that is probably the closest thing you will get to what you want.
I would also love it if someone could post a way to do this because i tried and failed a couple of months ago. What gave me the idea is a game called "RoboCode" a java game. I was trying to add the functions you use in that game to control the bots - to NPCs in sa-mp. (failed miserably)
