cause SA:MP is way more than just a "scripting" its a big community where ppl can get some appreciation 
moreover can discover new stuff like "Plugin" scripting it require more knowledge than normal SA:MP scripting , so pro scripters just helping community to grow more by theere works and even many includes and other scripts which arent possble with little knowledge
