It isn't, it's as high as it can go.
It works on Bullets and Turismos but not Cheetahs and ZR-350.

I have tried different gamemodes and filterscripts but it wont tow them.
Like I said it will set the vehicles pos like its ready to tow them but wont actually tow them.
