I'm Wondering how i can make NPC's Talk With Eachother?


So Obvisley I'll Start it By Using

So, Now If a Player is Within the 2 NPCs,
How Would i Make them Talk?

Would i Use Timer's, so When one Talks, The Other Takes Awhile to Respond?
