I believe so, but technical difficulties ARE to be expected. It's not like you need 2000 vehicles on one server anyways. The max player limit as of now is 800, and if you can even reach that type of playerbase, and everyone is using a car simultaneously, then you would still have 1,200 unoccupied vehicles just increasing server lag.
