add all possible stuff which a player could do, without getting advantages ingame - let them:
-attach objects to decorate their character (ok, limit the object IDs, to avoid donators attaching a house lol)
-change vehicle colors
-set local time/weather (recording with the same looking environment)

i cant resist to post this: ONE advantage could be the playernametag disappearing when a player crouches? ^^
