Triangle ABC:
The green triangle's base & the red triangles's right side makes two sides of length 5 & 3 units respectively.
Number of blocks required to fill the rectangle: 5*3 = 15

The red triangle's base & the green triangles's side makes two sides of length 8 & 2 units respectively.
Number of blocks required to fill the rectangle: 8*2 = 16
The objects orange and green have a maximum of 15 blocks together arranged in any way.
