How much data a SA:MP server uses purely depends on the amount of users you're holding, and any additional plugins (in-game radio, etc)
Let's say each user uses 4KB/sec each way, so 100 users would be 400KB/sec, which is 3.277mbit each way.
That's roughly 1TB bandwidth per month, if you're pushing 100 users constantly at that data rate.
Of course, you can multiply or divide that to match your projected users.
