Get the camera position, increase the axis so it moves to the left, over 1000ms for it move to the left then for it to swing back to the right over 2000 seconds and then repeated it backwards and continue.

To check whether to swing it back you can Get the position of the camera and check if it's swung to the position.

If so swing it back.
