Veja se eu entendi.

[FilterScript] [FS] Text: Draw - Real Time - World Clock

Use isso pra sincronizar com o tempo real.. e depois basta vocк colocar "SetWeather" e o "SetWorldTime" em intervalos de 1 hora com timers.
