lol somehow i fixed it

i found out the admin system was twice in filterscripts folder... 1 was called: Gadmin.pwn and the other one: Gadmin.pwn.pwn... so the amx was called: Gadmin.amx and Gadmin.pwn.amx... so i changed it in server cfg and voila

thnx for bringing me on the server cfg idea

thats how i figured it out
