I suggested this earlier, I think, but this might be the chance to get it actually added. 
Will it be beneficial to more than my server? Most definitely, although probably more limited to Roleplay/CnR servers. These lights have been created to fit the Tow truck perfectly, without the need for additional different objects, repeating timers, etc. The lights are not static and flash in an outward pattern.
Could it be considered copyright material? No. The object is created by me and consists solely out of 8 omni lights. The IDE definition uses the MatColours TXD library, although there is really no visible texture.
Query me on IRC (Vince0789) for .dff and .max files.
