imo the green bright color mostly depends on the alpha value, iam using 0x55, so green, with a nice look-through effect, is 0x00ff0055. if you want it more transparent, try 0x00ff0040, or 0x00ff0033. the tone (0x00ff00) is the same afaik, a simple, pure green 
hm. should have done this with binary shifts lol
