Aren't you contacting the wrong people?
The SA-MP Team has no legal authority in this situation, nor is it their obligation to help you.
The matter is that you had some lousy security, and they've got in and stole your script.
Realistically, there's very little you can do.
You could go to your local police force, but, well... with the nature of the internet, it'd be difficult to pinpoint things too well, and you'd have to prove ownership and copyright over the script. Not to mention the legal expenses.
