you wanna read a 80 k lines gamemode? 
and no, with the clean gamemode it didnt happened.
and i dont have lots of textdraws and i dont have objects creating and creating :/
edit: a some months ago i got 98/100 players and the stupid server froze..... TWICE
i got 98, it froze, i restarted, it got almost 80 and it frozen again -.-
