HELLO ALL!!

I am wondering how i am scripting / coding IN-GAME instead of going off GTA SA goes into PAWN coding there, compile, restarts the server.
I wanna know how to script / code instead of restarting the server or so.

Can anyone link any FS or something, have searched very much has not find anything, +1rep for answers!
