it is defined in the default settings of GTA SA... when ingame: press ESC then go to options then to controller setup then redefine controls and then vehicle controls and there you see at enter/exit the key F and key RETURN.
change that to U or I or whatever you want,
but i recommend you to use another key for that F becouse almost every player has got F as default... just change the F to Y or N.
