Hello,
That is because some of your plugins are not being loaded, as we can see here

[01:44:44]  Loading plugin: irc
[01:44:44]   Failed.
[01:44:44]  Loading plugin: streamer
[01:44:44]   Failed.

If it's running on Linux Put .so at the end of your plugins.
