Contact your host to see if there's any service disruption on the machine you are on, and if so ask them for how much CPU and RAM the server is currently consuming. Also ask about any network load, so we can limit the possibilities of it being either a DDoS, or maybe an issue with the gamemode (or filterscripts) itself.
