Use Zamaroht's Textdraw editor 1.0
a) Create a textdraw
b) Enable it's box option.
c) Click on "Position" > Set it to X:0.0, Y:480.0
d) Click on "Font size" > Resize font > Increase it's Height til it covers the screen.
Done!
