Note: Before you say 'use the search function' I have, but I want some opinions from you people, specifically If you run a server.
So I'm looking for a few FS' or Includes, depending on which is more practical.
The sorts of which I am looking for include;
-House/Business Ownership; Like you see on them CnR/Freeroam types, without the 'house cars' as you'll see why in my next. It needs to be easy to make, work on 0.3d. Im not bothered whether it's a MySQL or whatever. What do you guys generally use/ what do you think's the best out of what Im looking for? I know most popular servers probably code each house in themselves, but I find it a pain to find all the X,Y,Z coordinates to do it via code, rather than in-game commands. I've tried PPC_Housing, but It didn't want to work for me, I'll maybe have another shot at it.
-Car Ownership/dealerships; I need a car ownership script, which allows users to buy cars from dealerships, not from houses, and not from a menu. I've seen this on RP server, and I'd love something similar.
