Sometimes when driving as the passenger if you press your vehicle enter/exit button it will pull you back in however; I would not recommend this at high speeds as it is slightly bugged just tap don't hold and you should be fine. However you cannot get in and then back out again without exiting the vehicle. No offense but as one of the biggest DMers and CnR players I wouldn't recommend trying it in a chase.
