I have this too, You can't do anything against it, It's something like the Ravens Roleplay Jefferson Bug, It happends when you play a few days on the GM and you'll crash if you drive arounf Jefferson/Las Colinas.

OT; I mostly press the start button and then CTRL ALT Delete, Should work. If not, You will have to reboot you're PC.
