It wouldn't be a good reasons to run a VPS (SAMP Server) as VPS's tend to lag (depending on the host) are easily able to be DDoSed. I would suggest you going with a Dedicated Server from a Cheap (but fine) hosting, or a simple Gameserver. VPS's are not your best protection, or gameserver I suggest you to use.
