Around 99% of Roleplay servers are based in Los Santos. Vortex is a rather dynamic script and as so, it allows you to move locations in game. This means that you can select an area based on your server's player-base. For instance, you can start off in one of the smaller towns, such as Blueberry and then expand to other towns or just move to Los Santos.
