depends on your server.if its windows :
1.open server.cfg file and find "plugin" line .
2. open plugin folder that is in your server files too .
3. get the names and add the name of them to the line.
4.save the file and you are done!

example : plugin sscanf audio streamer

IF its linux :
1.open server.cfg file and find "plugin" line .
2. open plugin folder that is in your server files too .
3. get the names and add the name of them to the line with this format : pluginname.so

example : plugins sscanf.so streamer.so audio.so
