You mean all players will have the same mod as that? If so,for your info,SA-MP is client-sided made and no one is possible to do so unless future update(s) like that will be added. (So far none)
In this case,I suggest you to.....build own server on MTA,it's a not client-sided made and you can put mods so every players not only you can see it/them.
