Check your database SQL defaults.

In phpMyAdmin:

1. Click the 'structure' tab
2. Click the pencil icon on the 'level' line
3. Change the default to 0

Otherwise, in OnPlayerConnect, make sure you set all player variables to 0, otherwise newly connecting players will get the stats from other players.
