[FS] Simple Teleport-Command Generator

Foo => Bar
What does it do => It created a teleport command into scriptfiles/teleports.txt when you type /addtele

How to use /addtele:
You go to some location (e.g. Jizzy's club), then you type /addtele jizzys (WITHOUT "/").
Your teleport should be at the end of scriptfiles/teleports.txt now.
