Due to a post below I have decided to leave the fixed version up.
Problem:
if i type /ban with out the proper usage, it will ban me. Solution was very simple:
I had added the jBan in the wrong place, instead of using "else" you should just add it to the bottom of your code.
This is what worked for me anyways
