So you mean you crash whenever you drive to a certain place? Or when you just start driving the vehicle?
EDIT: If other players are not experiencing the same error, try uninstalling any mods you may have such as car mods, skin mods, even CLEO mods if necessary. If that doesn't work, try opening GTA:SA Single player and see if that works, if it does work... then try reinstalling SA-MP. If the Single Player doesn't work, reinstall GTA:SA and then reinstall SA-MP.
