Obviously. But you can use OnPlayerGiveDamage and null that although in most cases it may suck on gameplay
My personal opinion on this release:
It\'s good to see SA-MP progressing through versions and there are some cool features apart from some things of course, but this released seemed to be too soon & rushed for the current RC stage and acknowledged bugs / unstability issues reported by the players. Anyways good work..
