They aren't a hosting company who runs off of one server, they have 8 servers based around the world to offer the best speed and stability you can find around the SA:MP, Minecraft, Counterstrike, and Team Fortress 2 community. And i highly doubt they suspended your account due to demanding your money back. They would have the brains to know they can be sued for that, and being a highly used company, they wouldn't want to risk the chances.

I for one, am very pleased with there services and have recommended them to several friends thus far.
