Some mapping objects no matter the program just won't allow you to sprint, i.e. take the madd dogg interior, it won't allow you to sprint in any way. It's nothing you can do about it as far as I know, although it's not the big of a hassle. You can still avoid it by setting a command like /autorun in your script, so your account runs as fast as set, so you will avoid the mapping holding back your speed.
