Continua dando o mesmo problema? abra o terminal SSH(Console do Linux), e digite setenforce 0

Porquк esse problema? O Linux possue um tipo de 'Firewall', que mesmo vocк dando as permissхes Chmod ele bloqueia as funзхes do streamer do Incognito, no caso use setenforce 0 que vai solucionar o problema..
