As far as I understand, there are 2 types of skins in GTASA: those that are used in the cutscenes, and those that are used by peds. The problem is that Kendl has got her cutscene skin, but that there was no ped skin.

I have no idea how the cutscenes skins are stored on the hard drive, but I guess that if it was the same way than for the ped skins, you'd already see the real Kendl skin as ped on SAMP.
