Do you run the server with plugins in your test server ? Not volt-host in your home computer ?
If you have, try to find the plugins (in .so format for linux because Volt-Host use linux) and then create a folder and upload the plugins, edit your server.conf and add the plugins.
Try to check why the server crash in the console like iNorton said.
