it doesn't happen for players who have been ingame for a while. but it does happen, i can confirm it also.
when you remove a building, and script in car spawning coordinates where the building used to be, the server will force the cars away from that spot because it still thinks there's a building there game wise. the removebuildingforplayer works by player client, not server. there needs to be a different method of this so the server sync's vehicles into the space as if it were empty already, not just a removed building.
