My pawno compiler is not working. i am new user. when i try to compile some code then this error occurred (unable to execute compiler)

After that i try to open compiler file which name is this (pawncc.exe) this error is occurred (this application has fail to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem)

Many time i reinstall pawno on different sites and sa-mp.com but still this error is occurred again and again

I am using windows xp service pack 2

Please give me the link where i download pawno or tell me how pawno work properly.
