well its hard to explain , but say if you join the server and start driving around you keep recieving money and it says you have recieved payment from the passenger, also if you join taxi class and pick up a fare when the player exits vehicle you dont get paid and the other player dont loose money:S, and if a player type /taxi they dont show up red on the taxi drivers screen.

the assistance class lets you continue to fix/refill any cars that they have already fixed so say u fix someones car u can continuously keep fixing repairing .
