I wouldn't pay 400 anything (except for maybe Libyan dinars) to play any game (except for maybe a co-op version of TES: Skyrim).
This goes double for an MMO, considering 80% of them just flop (see final fantasy online and APB*)
*The free-to-play version of APB SUCKS and is therefore considered a flop
