Missing an Include or Plugin?

I edited a script and it use to run fine. Then I deleted all my pawno files becuz i quit pawno but now I decided to come back and I downloaded a new pawno and got the old script i use to run. it had a few errors so i decided to download an ORIGINAL script.

I get these errors:
