How about updating your graphics card drivers? Also, in your graphics card options, maybe Anti-Aliasing is set to on, while your game shows it to off? It looks like a possibility. Try setting those settings lower, too. |
Anyway, I found out there was a file called 'GTASAsf1.b' in GTA San Andreas User Files. Maybe that does the trick? I don't know, I've never seen the file before and dunno where it comes from, does any of you know it?
