I did make you a Banner... it's not so good... but here you go:
I see you liked Naruto so used that image to edit and stuff...
And about that good for sa-mp beginners... not really...:S
I don't see much things on your site which are related to sa-mp.... and when making a website you should be formal and use the whole English... not "Plzz" "u" "Wallpaperz" etc. ....
It's just my opinion, but try making a formal website and it'll look allot batter and mature.
